This an entirely a treatable condition. Unfortunately, a vast majority of the hypertensive patients are undertreated, and a significant number of people are unaware that they have high blood pressure. In this episode, we discuss the importance of health check and how to monitor blood pressure at home. We also highlighted the complications of untreated hypertension.
